You did this for me, and as a result I have grown as a leader, someone else giving you the answer may solve that one situation, but unlocking the confidence gives the ability to resolve issues over and over again. I often reflect on how you did that, and find it incredibly powerful. Although it may have been uncomfortable at the time, I will always be appreciative for it.

  • Engaged listening – beyond active listening. Where insightful questions and providing clarity sits, there is expressing recognition and empathy towards experiences, feelings and emotions. This is next level support as not only does it help build trust quickly, which is key in remote coaching, but it also demonstrates genuine interest that makes you feel valued as a person.

  • There are so many Amanda!! Deep care of others, empathy, a strong communicator in a group – you can tell a story or weave in a metaphor but always land the key points with clarity, connect deeply with individuals, generosity of spirit – you give of yourself to others, a natural coach – insightful questions.

  • Amanda is particularly gifted in being really present and a skilled listener/reflector throughout each session.
