The Coaching Clinic
The Coaching Clinic is a two-day workshop for professionals – from executives, team leaders, or managers to newly appointed supervisors – who wish to have a fully developed coaching model and platform for developing high performance.
The Coaching Clinic program has been brought into corporations worldwide by CCU and has earned the reputation as a comprehensive training for managers in core coaching skills. Amanda is a certified practitioner to deliver this program.
A half-day module of this workshop is also available, which covers introduction to the coaching model and hones in on coaching skills practise.

Personality Type Workshop
Improve Team Communication and Connection
The first building block of developing a high performing team is creating an environment of trust. When people do not feel safe and comfortable enough to share their thoughts openly and honestly, this prevents them from maximising their contribution and restricts the potential for team results.
One of the most powerful ways to establish trust is through personality typing. When people discover the strengths and the natural blindspots that underpin these strengths, they build self-awareness. When people understand how others in the team think and contribute differently, this builds social awareness, which leads to greater appreciation, improved communication and better teamwork.
Half-day workshops are available using various personality, behavioural and team effectiveness instruments. These include DiSC, MBTI, FIRO-B, Wired-Up, Work-With, Click-With & MyTeamPulse.
